DESCRIPTION:Le Pari d’Esther est un documentaire sur la transition vaudoise. Durant un an\, la journaliste Camille Andres a suivi Esther Mottier\, paysanne et entrepreneure à Château-d’Oex qui développe un projet de ferme durable et innovante: hôtellerie\, fromagerie\, spa\, restaurant et ferme sous un même toit. \nCe projet à 22 millions de francs doit créer 58 postes de travail et susciter de nouvelles manières de vivre\, consommer\, travailler\, plus en harmonie avec la nature et avec soi-même. \nLe jeudi 2.12 à 18h30 à l’Odéon de Morges\, projection suivie d’un débat avec Esther Mottier\, “Morges et Région Transition” et “Zero Waste Switzerland”. \n \n
